CASHEW ‘PARMESAN CHEESE’
Super easy to make, this delicious faux Parmesan can be sprinkled over pretty much anything savoury! Rich in minerals and vitamin B12, nourish yourself from the inside out.
I like to use it on any pasta dish, rice noodle dishes, on savoury French toast, salads and on my favourite buckwheat pizza.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup organic cashews
15gm or 3 TBSP nutritious yeast flakes
1tsp Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients into a thermomix or food processor
Blitz on high for 10 seconds or until you reach a consistency you like.
Store in an airtight jar in the fridge.
Sprinkle it on everything!!
